You will lead hands-on New Product Introduction activity, developing assembly processes, prototypes, tooling and test equipment while working closely with design, procurement and suppliers. Through DFM/DFA, process improvement and robust quality controls, you will help us manufacture products capable of accelerating the decarbonisation of UK homes.

Own the embedded firmware at the heart of our connected heating products, ensuring it is robust, maintainable and thoroughly tested. You will develop firmware, support PCB bring-up and laboratory debugging, and implement communications, control, fault-handling and safety functionality. Working closely with hardware, software and outsourced electronics partners, you will help create dependable products that make low-carbon heating more accessible.

This practical, hands-on role is focused on building, modifying and testing our heating products. You will assemble and rework prototypes and test units, prepare and operate test equipment, capture accurate results, and help investigate faults and improve designs. You will also keep our workshop, tools and materials well organised, directly supporting the development of reliable low-carbon heating technology.

Help ensure our connected heating products are safe, compliant and ready for market. You will interpret applicable standards, shape compliance and validation plans, conduct risk assessments, coordinate testing and certification, and maintain the technical evidence required for product approvals. Working across mechanical, electronics, software and manufacturing teams, you will embed compliance throughout product development and help bring trusted new technology into UK homes.

Turn early-stage ideas into robust, manufacturable mechanical systems for our innovative heating technology. You will take designs through concept development, 3D CAD, engineering drawings, prototyping, commissioning and physical testing, applying mechanical analysis and design-for-manufacture principles throughout. By collaborating with manufacturing, procurement and suppliers, you will help create cost-effective products that support the transition to low-carbon home heating.

Lead the development of the software connecting our physical products, cloud platform and customer applications. As a hands-on technical leader, you will define architecture, write and review production-quality code, guide engineering standards and delivery, and develop the team’s technical capability. You will work closely with firmware colleagues and outsourced electronics partners while championing thoughtful use of AI and modern development practices.
